One of Macau’s hidden gems and a definite must try if you’re around Kun Iam Temple, Jane and I tried this splendid retirement club during the 2014 Grand Prix weekend.
Run by distinguished local lady Vitoria Baptista, it might offer the most thorough selection of classic Macanese favourites in town, even exceeding Litoral and Rickshaw. However, the majority of their most special dishes need to be ordered a day or two in advance.
A little more expensive than it used to be, Apomac still offers tremendous value with most selections on the daily a la carte menu $80 to $140.
