La Paloma is the best Spanish restaurant in Macau, located in the ultra exclusive Pousada de Sao Tiago hotel on the southern tip of the Macau peninsula. Given that the Pousada is currently closed due to ongoing construction in the area, business at La Paloma has also been temporarily suspended.
